These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the DIRIS website (https://diris.lv) and users who place orders for DIRIS brand products through this site.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The website https://diris.lv presents DIRIS brand products.
1.2. Orders are placed by users independently via the shopping cart and payment form.
1.3. Payment is made through the Stripe payment system.
1.4. Delivery is provided via Omniva within Latvia (and other countries if specified).
2. Order Placement
2.1. The user selects products and adds them to the cart.
2.2. To complete an order, the user must correctly fill out contact information and choose a delivery method.
2.3. Once payment is successfully processed, the order is confirmed for processing.
3. Payment and Security
3.1. Payments are processed via the Stripe system.
3.2. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe’s secure servers and is not stored by DIRIS.
4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery is handled by Omniva.
4.2. Delivery costs are displayed during order placement.
4.3. The customer must provide accurate delivery details (address or parcel machine code).
5. Returns
5.1. Returns are only accepted in cases of product damage upon receipt.
5.2. The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
5.3. To initiate a return, contact DIRIS at dirissia@inbox.lv and provide a photo of the damage.
